Did you know Navarre Living Yoga is a proud member of Yoga for Vets, a program supporting returning veterans? Yoga for Vets was established in 2007 and is directed by Panama City's yoga teacher and former Navy diver Paul Zipes. The program provides four free yoga classes to any returning vet as a small way of saying "welcome back home". There is no other obligation other than to show up and enjoy the classes.
This is an ongoing program that does not expire so take advantage of this anytime .
