Nia - Expressive movement, Exercise, Freedom, and FUN!

Nia is a mind-body-spirit fusion of dance, martial arts and healing arts. From Jazz to Tai Chi to Yoga to Tae Kwon Do, we blend strength, flexibility and agility to find healing. Dancing barefoot to a variety of world music, we balance gentle yin and powerful yang, while focusing on the joy of movement and your own body's way.
