Established in 2006, Navarre Living Yoga and Health Center is devoted to the art of living consciously. We offer a space for people interested in learning how to take control of their mind, breath and bodies. Our mission is to promote a community of health and wellness by balancing a physically challenging yoga practice with meditation and contemplation.
Our studio brings together instructors from a rich combination of traditions and backgrounds. Our yoga teachers are classically trained from across the country. We offer a wide variety of Hatha yoga classes (beginning through advanced), pre-natal yoga, kid's yoga, yin/restorative, yoga for meditation, therapeutic massage services and inspiring workshops.

The word “yoga” in Sanskrit literally means yoke. The yoke which unites the mind, body, and spirit.
